Data we collect

In providing our MakerTech services, MakerTech collects or receives User's personal information in a few different ways. MakerTech welcome User's data from a variety of sources:

• directly from The User;
• indirectly from The User based on their activity with MakerTech services, or from the device or browser The User uses to access the MakerTech services;
• from MakerTech vendors, suppliers that help provide MakerTech services The User may interact with, and from MakerTech third-party advertising and marketing partners.

For example, MakerTech collects User data when:

• User register for an account;
• User upload content to Maker;
• User publish products to 3rd party sales channel;
• MakerTech email each other;
• User contacts MakerTech support team;
• User participates in a User research study;
• User opt-in to marketing messages;
• User browse any part of MakerTech website;
• Users use MakerTech to create products;
• User read MakerTech help section;
• User orders products from MakerTech.

Registration and account setup

To use the MakerTech services, Users will need to submit a valid email address and a name associated with their account. In addition, the User will need to provide information such as a shop name, billing, and payment details (including billing contact name, address, telephone number, credit card information), a telephone number, and a physical postal address may be necessary provide a particular service. As a MakerTech seller, MakerTech will ask for the User's full name, identification ID, date of birth, bank account information, photograph, credit card information, or other proof of identification to verify User identity. For example, in specific markets, MakerTech sellers' imprints (including trade name or individual name as appropriate) may be displayed to buyers on MakerTech to comply with local legal requirements. MakerTech requires this information from the User to provide you with the Services (including verifying ownership of an account, mitigating fraud and abuse, complying with regulatory obligations). MakerTech may store User credit card information and other information during checkout for billing and payment purposes and the process of the User transaction. Members in certain countries can save their credit card information to facilitate checkout for future purchases. MakerTech may contact individual shop owners confidentially to request more information about their shops or items listed through the MakerTech services or request information from buyers to ensure compliance with MakerTech policies and applicable law.

User account name, the date User, joined the MakerTech platform, ratings, reviews, information relating to an items User review, related photos for items User purchased or sold, User profile information, items User listed for sale are publicly visible.

MakerTech automatically receives and records information from the User browser or mobile device when you visit the MakerTech, use the apps, or use certain features of the MakerTech services, such as your IP address, cookies, and data about which pages User visit and how the User interact with those pages.

MakerTech also automatically collects device-specific information when installing, accessing, or using MakerTech services. This information can include the hardware model, app version, app usage and debugging information, browser information, operating system information, IP address, and device identifiers. Data we obtain about the MakerTech services are for advertising, analytics, serving content, and protecting the MakerTech services.

MakerTech uses data analytics software to ensure MakerTech and app functionality and improve the MakerTech services. The software records data such as how often Users use the apps, what happens within the apps, aggregated usage, performance data, app errors and debugging information, and where the apps were downloaded from.

MakerTech receives or obtains information (for example, an email address or IP address) about a person who is not yet a registered MakerTechr member (a "non-member") in connection with certain MakerTech features. Non-member data is used only for the purposes disclosed when submitted to MakerTech, for purposes necessary to the functioning of MakerTech services.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, the User can access the information MakerTech holds about the User. Including but not limited to:

• the categories of data Makertech processing;
• the purposes of data processing;
• how long the data will be stored.

MakerTech will respond to User requests within one month unless doing so would adversely affect the rights and freedoms of third parties (e.g., another person's confidentiality or intellectual property rights).

Third parties who process your data

To deliver the best possible MakerTech experience, MakerTech often has to partner with third parties to provide services that MakerTech cannot. These include MakerTech partners that MakerTech works with to offer products and fulfill orders, services that support MakerTech communications, both internal and external, tools that keep MakerTech web platform and API running, services that allow MakerTech to study customer use of MakerTech platform and learn how to develop best.

Sometimes, MakerTech is forced to release User data, so the MakerTech services work well. However, information is transferred only when strictly necessary and according to this Privacy Policy and generally accepted practice.

Where we store data

MakerTech may store User data manually or electronically. MakerTech will store any data stored electronically in secure servers, and MakerTech will store any data stored manually in our premises within the Republic of Latvia.

How long do we store data

MakerTech will archive and stop any personally identifiable information about The User within six months from when the User used MakerTech. In addition, MakerTech will delete User data from MakerTech archives no later than six years from the last time the User used MakerTech or upon User request.

Cookies

MakerTech uses cookies. Third parties will issue cookies when the User interacts with MakerTech unless the User adjusts User browser settings to refuse cookies.

Users may block cookies by adjusting their browser settings, allowing the User to refuse the setting of cookies. However, please remember that certain MakerTech parts will not fully function if the User changes browser settings to disable, reject, or block cookies. In some cases, MakerTech may not be accessible at all. Also, please note that MakerTech has no control over how third parties use cookies where third parties use cookies.

Which cookies do we use

Google, Inc.Google Analytics uses cookies to see information on visitors' activities to the MakerTech website and users of our MakerTech service. The data is depersonalized and is displayed as numbers, meaning that it cannot be tracked back to individuals. These cookies will help to protect your privacy.

Facebook, Inc. Facebook uses cookies if visitors have a Facebook account, use the Facebook Products, including their website and apps, or visit other websites and apps that use the Facebook Products (including the Like button or other Facebook Technologies). Cookies enable Facebook to offer Facebook Products to visitors and understand the information they receive about visitors, including their use of other websites and apps, whether or not they are registered or logged in.

Right to change the Privacy Policy

MakerTech reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time to comply with regulatory change, MakerTech data collection and use practices, the features of our MakerTech services, or advances in technology. Therefore, please check this page periodically for changes. In addition, suppose MakerTech makes any material changes to this Privacy Policy. In that case, we will notify the User via the email address, and MakerTech will also post a notice on the MakerTech home page and post the updated Privacy Policy here.

The last revised Privacy Policy date is identified at the top of the page. Please review the changes carefully. Please note that your continued use of the MakerTech services following posting changes to this Privacy Policy will automatically mean User consent to and accept those changes. If the User does not agree to changes, the User should stop using MakerTech services.
